Meet Debbie Nguyen 

Debbie is a earnest and compassionate first generation Vietnamese American who takes pride in her heritage and Houston. 

Armed with a BBA in Management from University of Houston and a Master of Science from HBU, she brings a tenacious spirit in pursuit of fair and equitable outcomes. 

Motivated by a genuine passion for people, Debbie’s professional journey exemplifies a dedication to ensuring the wellbeing of people in conjunction with integrity in business. 

With 10+ years in O&G industry as an HR and Supply Chain professional, she brings a keen sense of empathy for the needs of people and an incredible ability to build relationships that produce consensus effectively. 

Debbie knows what it feels like to experience properly loss. The emotion turmoil and uncertainty was not pretty. 

That is when she met her first public adjuster, Sharon Black, who saved the day and took care of everything! 

Her entry into public adjusting grew out of her love for people and a personal commitment to being a resource of safety, refuge, and sanctity for others during tough times.
